steps towards healing. the city, yesterday, reopened up boylston street to business owners. and held two more funerals for the victims. 8-year-old martin richard, and m.i.t. police officer, sean collier. vice president joe biden will be in boston today to speak at a memorial service for collier. john and diana? >> now, devin, we know that the medical examiner has cleared tamerlan's body for recovery by the family. do we know who's going to claim it and where he's going to be buried? >> reporter: the father said an uncle of the brothers who lives in the united states could possibly be claimed today. no word on where it might be buried. in an interview with abc news in russia, the mother say she and her husband plan to come to the united states. no date has been set. one interesting complication possibly for her, there's an outstanding warrant for her arrest in the united states. she is accused of stealing $1,600 in clothing from a massachusetts department store. diana and january john? >> devin dwyer in washington. thank you. for the first time, we're hearing from david henneberry where dzhokhar was found.

he considers himself an accidental hero. ed harding has the exclusive interview. >> i know what people say. there's blood on the boat. he saw blood and went in. not true. >> reporter: not true. david henneberry is the only one who knows the whole story how the second suspect was discovered. but he says it is not the story we have all heard. he never saw any blood on the outside of his boat. it was a more subtle clue that something was wrong. henneberry went out for air when the police said the was safe. and he noticed shrink wrap on his beloved boat was out of place. he want to the garage and grabbed a stepladder. >> i got, i think three steps up the ladder. and i rolled it up. i can see through the shrink wrap. i didn't expect to see anything. i look in the boat over here. look on the floor, and i see blood. >> reporter: he couldn't see suspect number two's face. and he was glad he couldn't see his face. >> well, i know i took three steps up the ladder. i don't remember stepping down off the ladder. >> reporter: he rushed into his home, called 911.

found. last night, both parties blocked those cuts. former president george w. bush is stepping back into the spotlight. as his new presidential library and museum officially opens its doors. the new library sits on the campus of southern methodist university in there's a. mr. bush will be joined tomorrow by president obama, and former presidents clinton and carter and dad. security will be extra is tight. abc's diane sawyer sat down with the former president and first lady on this historic occasion. her interview airs tonight on abc's "world news." washington state educator who runs a robotics competition has been named teacher of the year. he was honored at the white house for his efforts to improve science enrollment at his high school. president obama said he had a soft spot in his heart for teachers, given his mother and sister were both in the profession. and now, time for the weather from across the nation. it's going to be a rainy day in pittsburgh, buffalo and atlanta. thunderstorms are a threat along the gulf coast. snowshowers are possible in the upper midwest. denver gets some well-deserved

a computer hack on twitter reveals how fragile wall street can be. the dow jones fell 143 points yesterday, moments after a false tweet by the associated press.

a hacker sent a message saying two explosions injured the president at the white house. computers searching the internet for key phrases reacted to that tweet. after the error was corrected, all three major indices finished the day with big gains. big changes for apple after quarterly earnings dropped for the first time in more than ten years. ceo tim cook says the company will spend $100 million to buy back shares and increase dividends. on the hardware side, cook says, quote, we've got some really great stuff coming in the fall and across all of 2014. so, stay tuned. it's taken more than a year. iphone 4 owners are receiving refund checks for 15 bucks. the reason, the expense for a bumper guard to solve reception problems with the phone. apple decided to pay customers for the purchase to settle a class-action lawsuit. there's a new list out that's revealing the very best and very worst jobs from this year. according to careerpath.com, which tracked the numbers, a software engineer is the third. best job.

now, for a look at morning road conditions. roads could be slippery around detroit and atlanta. fog could pose a threat in southern california. thunderstorms could reduce visibility on i-10 around new orleans. >> and if you're flying, delays are possibly in detroit, memphis, houston, new orleans and atlanta. now, a developing story. new details in the government's case against lance armstrong. >> in a suit against the former tour de france champ, the justice department is claiming that armstrong violated his contract with the u.s. postal service. it says armstrong committed fraud by using illegal drugs and then lying about it when winning all but one of his seven tour titles. the lawsuit also claims that armstrong was unjustly enriched when he was cheating. armstrong's attorney calls the government's case insincere.

the body of a missing brown university student may have been recovered in the providence river. he was last seen in mid-march. police say he left his cell phone and wallet behind in his apartment. they say it's very possible the body may be there. and they may have found it. but they're going to wait for the medical examiner to confirm. now, the video that reese witherspoon says she's deeply embarrassed about. there's the hollywood star in handcuffs, following her arrest for disorderly conduct in atlanta early friday morning. she's eventually handcuffed and taken to the police station for booking. weather witherspoon's husband was arrested for dui. and they were released later. and microsoft founder, bill gates, getting attention right now because of a hand shake. there he is shaking hands with south korea's president. the problem is that gates' left hand is in his pocket. and that's considered disrespectful in south korea. now, he's done this before. in fact, one korean website is

calling gates, quote, a long-time serial hand-in-pocket shaker. get that hand out of there. >> according to that korean newspaper, he did it twice to heads of state in france, as well. >> he's a billionaire. i don't know if you can criticize the guy. >> take the hand out of the pocket and look like you're actually impressed. police in beverly hills says a driver behind a violent case of road rage will face charges. this driver chased a man on a bicycle into an alley and pinned him into a metal garbage can. he peeled out in reverse with the cyclist still hanging on the car. and he speeds off. the cyclist is expected to be okay. a trip to the grocery store turning into quite an ordeal for an ohio woman. someone snatched her purse in the parking lot. then, she ended up being dragged along, hanging on for dear life. she managed to call 911. other people nearby rushed in to help her. she injured her hand and leg but she's otherwise okay. in utah, a man tried to snatch a woman's purse in salt lake city. but an neighbor came to her rescue with an odd weapon of choice.
